A number of you have contacted me about wanting to give and help out with our current circumstances. So I set up a page, because my friends told me I needed to and it's the most centralized way for people to connect and give to a cause or idea. The intention of our post was to just vent and share some of our struggles, and we were in no way asking for money. However we've had a number of messages and calls from people wanting to help financially so we set this up for those who feel led to give in that way.If you're just finding this page, below is a post from my facebook page to help you understand where we're at. I've had Poison oak/cellulitis for a month straightthe worst case that my doctors have ever seen. (I also don't have health insurance. #ministry #music #datlife)Not one, but both cars died last week. Neither are fully repaired yet. I had to sell my entire pedalboard,(part of how I make a living playing music)to turn around and dump all of that ($1500+) into one car, to still only scratch the surface of our problems in the Carpenter automobile department. That led to me having to cancel a few super important recording sessions that were laid out and super promising. Now my timeline for those and schedule in general is in complete disarray. I've had several gigs drop for whatever reason in the past few weeks.I've been generously given two ridiculous tickets in the past month. Someone else very dear to my heart is having some major physical/health issues thats going to require surgery. My marriage has been under attack too if we're being super honest. And here is the kicker... wait for it, wait for it, waiiiiittttt for it..Just checked my bank account to find out we've been hacked and my accounts have been cleaned out.. And Brightwork rolls out for a week long gig in two days..Like, Is this real life? haha. Super thankful for my Wifey and babies tonight.
