My Mom: A Breast Cancer Survivor

My Mom, far right in the picture with my sister in the middle and I to the left, was diagnosed with breast cancer early last year. Before her diagnose, each yearshe would have to go under surgery to remove small masses in her breasts, but earlier this year, they came back more aggressive and stronger than before. This time, it would result in a double mastectomy, causing her to drop out of her almost completed nursing school and prohibit her from daily activities for at least 5 months. This was heartbreaking to witness, and even moreso for her to have to put her dreams on hold because of a disease. Now, I need your help. Although my mom still has slight pain to this day, she is due back for school this upcoming fall. Due to a wide array of expensive medical bills, we are not able to afford the money to pay for her schooling, as loans, federal aid, and the like have been used for school because she has had to have prolonged treatment, resulting in the aid being used before school can be completed for graduation. If you can find it in your heart to donate even a couple of dollars so that my mom can finish her dream of helping others with the same disease, it would mean the world to me, and also her. She's one of the strongest people I know, and has been through hell and back because of cancer. She has missed events, birthdays, and family get together from being in so much pain due to the surgery. Anyone that donates I will be sending out personal thank you cards, because any little bit helps and it would bring me joy if I could see her fulfill her dream after going through so much.
