Journey to Health

Hello,
Please take a moment to read my story as i embank my second battle against Hodgkin's Lymphoma.
In December of 2021, I welcomed baby no3 whom was 6 weeks preterm. Despite a challenging start to his life we were able to go home in time for Christmas to be with family including my two daughters, aged 6 and 1.5 at the time.
A few months later, I began experiencing extreme fatigue, night sweats, and chills. Initially dismissed as typical postpartum symptoms by my GP, I later discovered a lump. After persistent efforts, received the devastating diagnosis of Stage 3b Hodgkin's Lymphoma.
In July 2022 I began intensive BEACOPPDAC chemotherapy, enduring four rounds of gruelling treatment cycles. Remarkably, I continued pursuing my second degree and caring for the littles. My perseverance paid off, and after 4 months, I celebrated by ringing the bell, signifying the end of my battle.
I was gifted the opportunity to watch my children grow. (Having lost my dad at just 1years old that truly was my biggest fear)
Earlier this year, the dreaded C word returned, leaving me absolutely shattered & devastated. Opting out of a second round of chemotherapy, I was told the other option would be a stem cell transplant in hopes of eradicating the disease for good. However, the process involves waiting for a donor match and enduring various side effects. Alongside medical treatment, I have been exploring herbal medicine and dietary changes to combat the disease.
But today I was chosen for a Drug Trial called Carr T Cell Therapy, this is when your own white blood cells are altered in a lab and made immune to the cancer, a one off treatment that would save my life.
…
So I am reaching out for support to partially fund this procedure along with help me during these next couple of months, so I can once again be gifted the opportunity to watch my children grow.
Any contributions will make a significant difference in my journey toward my health and well-being.
Thank you for taking the time to read my story and for any support you can provide. ❤️
