Team Avery

My baby niece was born on July 7 2017 she is perfect- at 9 days old she stopped breathing and was rushed to the hospital and later was ground med flighted to Tufts Medical. It was then when we discovered she had a rare heart disease called TAPVR . Her ventricals were wired backwards and she was not recieving oxygen to her lungs . That night she had to have emergency open heart surgery to rewire her heart to work. It has been 5 days and she is slowly recovering . She is our little superhero so strong , hour by hour we are waiting for positive updates and all we can do is pray. She is amazing . My brother and sister in law are the strongest most amazing parents I have ever met ; they have been through so much and all they can do is stay positive. They do not want any money just prayers. We are blessed to have an amazing family and friends and my dads best friend to put them in a hotel for 2 nights . When I talked to Colby he expressed to me how they were able to receive rest and that the most amazing thing was the ability to shower sleep and not be in the PICU. He said if you ever know anyone going through anything where they need to be in the hospital 24-7 a hotel is the most amazing thing you can do for anyone. He would not want me doing this because that is how amazing of a dad he is , but being his baby sister I had to try. I am asking for my family and I for donations just to be able to house my brother and amazing sister in law in a hotel for as long as we can- we don't know when Avery can come home , but we do know it is a long road ahead. Any donations help even as little as 5 dollars. I just want them to be able to be close to there little girl and TRY to rest.
