Help Levi's Leg Tumour Surgery

Hi Everyone. My best friend/companion Levi, a 4 yr old rescue pup from the Mt Currie reserve has just been diagnosed with a large tumour in his left rear ankle. So far the biopsies have come back Cancer free, but the Vet specialist, an orthopaedic surgeon, has recommended that we remove the whole tumour and send it for further testing.

The Vet quoted me approximately 5000$ for the Orthopaedic surgeon to do the initial surgery. This does not include further pathology tests, medications and post operative treatment. The vet also stated that the tumour is wrapped around his ligaments and tendons so there could be multiple surgeries and even a possible amputation, costing thousands more. They aren't able to give me an estimate of any of the future costs as they won't know until they get inside the leg to see exactly what's happening.

The vet bills from the last month of diagnosis and biopsies have been overwhelming and this is just the beginning. I'm seeking some help from all of you animal lovers out there to assist me with the enormous vet
