The moment that you left me, my heart was split in two One side was filled with memories the other side died with you. I often lay awake at night when the world is fast asleep; and take a walk down memory lane with tears upon my cheek. Remembering you is easy, I do it every day; but missing you is a heartache that never goes away. I hold you tightly within my heart and there you will remain; you see life has gone on without you, but will never be the same!Jacob was the middle child of 7 and ornery as the day is long with a heart of gold. No matter the memories you have with Jake, it brings a smile to your face. He married his high school sweetheart Brooke in the fall of 2010 and welcomed their son Jaxon the spring of 2013. Jake & Jax were the best of friends, fishing buddies, and each other's Hero. Early Friday, July 7th, 2017, just 5 days before Jacob's 31st birthday, he passed away unexpectedly. Leaving Brooke & his best buddy Jax in an unexpected financial hardship.
