The Lost Of A True Angel

Early this morning we lost a true angel on earth, Leonor Benavente, age 47 passed away. As we mourn her sudden passing, we also celebrate her life and the moments we've shared with her. Our family would like to express gratitude for every donation, phone call, text, prayer and show of support. She leaves behind her husband Vicente, 3 daughters, Jazmin, Jacklyn & Marissa, as well as 2 grandchildren Olvin & Connie; her mother Ignacia, sister Juanita and brother Pedro. On June 6th she underwent surgery at UCLA hospital for MoyaMoya Syndrome. The surgery didn't go as expected and she had several setbacks and additional surgeries while in ICU. On July 6th after clearance from her doctors, she was transferred from UCLA ICU to San Fernando Post Acute Hospital for therapy. On early Sunday morning July 9th she was rushed to the hospital because of respiratory complications. She passed away in the ambulance en route to the hospital.
