Double Transplant Surgery Set for May 9th 2023

Hello everyone, we are the Barnes Family my name is Aaron T Barnes and my wife is Andrea. We have been married almost 21 years.. Sometimes I can't even believe it's been that long? We have 3 Beautiful Children together Eldest is A.T. (15) then A'saph (14) and Finally to break up what would've been the 3 Stooges we had our Beautiful Daughter Azalea (10). Which by the way she said when I was in the Hospital " Dad since we have two Kidneys can I give you one of mine" Like most of us, our Family is the absolute Love of our Lives. They give us ultimate meaning and purpose! Those of us that has unfortunately lost Love ones, knows for certain that they would do anything just to have more precious time and moments with them..

With that said, we all know in life that eventually, we all grow old, get sick and eventually lose the battle. Unfortunately unforseen occurrences is what seems impossible to plan for. And unfortunately we are going through some major challenges this year. It has been one of, at this point, the toughest battle of our Lives. Like most of us we just don't know how expensive surgery's are until you need it. Unfortunately, Kidney failure takes more from us than anticipated. Your income is just one of many things you lose. This will help with the required upfront cost to do the Surgery, and the requirements to have 1st year after Surgery treatments. This also partially covers loss of income expenses for donor, childcare, and caregivers support!

However, on the bright side, my Beautiful Wife is my Donor and not many people receive such a blessing. Although it's a huge blessing it didn't come without huge risk, and concern. If one Surgery wasn't hard enough imagine 2 at the same time, in the same Family?
