Please help Maggie!

Our dear friend Maggie, who has worked so hard to go from being homeless to supporting herself financially, working and maintaining an apartment, is now in need of our help.  In May she was laid off from her job with UC Davis and due to COVID it has been tough for her to maintain full time employment, and therefore pay for rent and food. Because of the backlog at EDD, she has not been able to collect unemployment. She was able to save enough to pay for her rent until now. Maggie is actively interviewing for work and is determined to find something soon.  In the meantime she needs our help.
