Help mom help her family

Mom has been spending the last few months supporting both her daughter, Darlene, emotionally and her son and his family who are in the process of relocating from CA to TN to not only give their son a better education but also bring the family closer together. Unfortunately her other child, her son Rushan, who lives in South Africa, has been having 6 years of serious health challenges (and accompanying huge financial burdens associated with this) due to a brain aneurysm and the constant attempted management of quality of life for him. This has hampered his abilities to look after himself financially as well as physically at times. Most recently he has started getting first Grand Mal and then Focal seizures which they are still trying to resolve and manage. She has had to come back to South Africa now to try and be there for him. These financial burdens are becoming way too big to handle for a retired 71 year old and we are all at whits ends as to how to get through this. It takes a lot to swallow your pride and ask for help but we do not know where to go from here. Any and every bit of help will be greatly appreciated.
