Megan DeCarlo Fund

Our friend Megan DeCarlo has been fighting multiple health issues since she was a little girl. She has spent countless days in the hospital because of conditions known as Humeral Antibody Immunodeficiency, Wolff-Parkinson White, and Postural Orthostatic Tachycardia Syndrome. She has undergone multiple procedures and has tried countless medications to treat these conditions. It seemed that the list of medical conditions was never ending and doctors were always finding some...thing else wrong! When she thought there was light at the end of the tunnel, she was thrown another curve ball. In May of 2012, Meg was diagnosed with severe Rheumatoid Arthritis. This along with other health issues has caused her to spend weeks in the hospital, in addition to undergoing weekly injections to relieve her extreme pain. Through it all, Meg continues to withstand the storm while maintaining a positive attitude. Although her family is doing their best to support her needs, her doctor's visits and her extremely expensive medications are no longer covered under her insurance.
