Hi my name is Jennifer and I am a recent first generation Latina Physician Assistant!! I was so excited to finally graduate and start being able to care for my own patients. One week after my 31st birthday/graduation I was diagnosed with stage 4 gastric cancer and became a patient myself.

 

I am going to fight this with all I have!! I have already had surgery and my first round of chemo. There’s a lot of uncertainty still on how many chemo treatments I’ll need and what the timeline looks like. All funds will be used to help with medical bills and associated expenses throughout my treatment. I appreciate any and all help so I can get back to doing what I love!!

 

When I’m not busy kicking cancers butt or being a PA, I enjoy Star Wars, hanging out with my pup Poe (he’s a great nurse), reading, painting, listening to Jack’s Mannequin or Ariana Grande, tennis, traveling, skin care, mental health advocacy, mentoring others, and napping.
