Help us get back on our feet

Today Tuesday August 21st our home was taken over by the Black Earth Creek. That is our home in the center of the picture.We have about 5’ of water in our basement and extensive loss of property and massive damage that might not be covered by insurance. We can’t get into the house yet to even retrieve our dogs. We’re staying in Waunakee with my mom in the mean time. Our washer, dryer,furnace, and electrical panel are all fully underwater. One of our cars I think is okay the others status is unknown.  Our dog and cat food is all gone and everything in our fridge and freezer are ruined. We have an 11 month old and my wife is 7 months pregnant. Anything you can help out with is greatly appreciated. We were originally planning to just ask for gift cards to like Hyvee,Target or Kwik Trip but thought this method would be an easier way for some to help out. You know me and I don’t like asking for help or handouts but we’re really overwhelmed with everything and could use a little help. I thank you from the bottom of my heart.
