My Best Friend, My Mother

My name is Brittany Horton, and I came on here to tell my story, well actually my moms story. My mom Lori Horton is battling Stage 3c Colon Cancer as well as Thyroid Cancer. It has really taken a toll on our family because she is only 56 years old. She has now gone through 5 treatments of Chemo and it's really starting to take its toll on her. She still has 4 more chemo treatments to go until she is done. Then comes the Radiation. My mom is my absolute best friend in this whole entire world and I am trying everything I can to keep a positive mind set, because I know that plays a huge part in hard situations. Financially, it is draining us. She obviously is no longer working and I am helping support her in every way possible. I'm not on here asking for thousands of dollars, I'm on here to simply tell my moms story and if anyone can help, I couldn't thank you enough. Even if it is a penny, THANK YOU. We will appreciate anything.
