Bone Marrow Survivor/Thriver Fund

Yes, Suzanne is "Surviving and Thriving". Since my bone marrow transplant last year, the biopsies have shown that I'm cured from MDS (Myelodysplastic Syndrome aka Pre-leukemia). However, I'm still in recovery which is a long and complicated process. I still experience (GvHD) Graft versus Host Disease (the new immune system attacking my body) and I have a low immune system, but, I now see the light at the end of the tunnel. I recently received my P.R.O.S.E. lenses and some of my complications are being remedied. I feel blessed. I'm looking and feeling better. I am so grateful to everyone who has shown me support in any way possible. My birthday is May 17th and I would like to have a wonderful day of celebration.
