I am a 28 year old stay at home momma to two wonderful little ones, and since March, I have been trying to get my dream of a photography business off the ground.
I want to be a maternity/newborn/family photographer who offers services for a really low rate on a case by case basis to those who want a professional photo shoot done, but don't have the money to pay for one.
I believe that photos are precious possessions that capture moments we want to cherish always- and getting them shouldn't break the bank.
We are on one (tight) income, and though I have wracked my brain, I can think of no other way to get the necessary funds to pull off this dream without asking for your help! I have been practicing on my own newborn, my newborn nephew, my toddler, and my friends' kids- but my camera simply isn't good enough to offer professional shoots.
There are MANY hurting, needy people in this world- so before you help me, consider helping one of them instead.
In order to get the camera- a Canon 60D; two lenses- a 35mm and a Canon EF-S 18-55 mm lens (recommended for newborn photography); a backdrop; clips, and an extra battery & charger, I need 1600.00.
IF I receive the funds to make this possible, I will -in return for generous donations over $100- offer a free photo shoot to you or someone of your choice. If location makes this impossible, you can gift your shoot to a mother or family who cannot financially afford to have a photo shoot done. I will do this for as many families as $100 donations are received.
