Jeff Anshus needs our help and support.
Jeff was diagnosed with stage IV lung cancer, after months of dealing with breathing problems and what the doctors told him was the symptoms of pneumonia, he had a CT scan of his chest/lungs. At the end of the procedure Jeff and Tracy heard the news they dreaded the most, but never expected, Jeff had stage IV lung cancer. At age 58, after serving in the Air Force for 20+ years, raising a family, and volunteering his time with the children of Royalton, where he is involved with community ed and coaches the local soccer program, Jeff was diagnosed with Stage IV lung cancer. It is hard to wrap our heads around this diagnosis. For anyone who knows Jeff, they know he is always the guy to step up first, first to drop what is important to him to help someone else. He is the father that people wish they had, the husband that most want, the friend that never lets you down and the man that we all look up too. There are so many words to describe Jeff, but the ones that will forever come to mind is he is a GOOD MAN.
Jeff and Tracy are amazing people with big hearts. Even with insurance, medical bills can be a financial burden from doctor’s bills, insurance co-pays, travel costs, lost wages, chemotherapy, radiation, immunotherapy, and other life-saving treatments are both difficult and costly. The funds raised will help offset the financial burdens this family will endure as a result of a truly sucky illness.
