3rd eye, Melanated, Dating site

We are trying to raise funds to create a web-site for conscious melanated people to get to know each other, date, & express their sexuality with other like-minded individuals. This is NOT a swirl site and this site is NOT for lbgt community. 

The site will need certain plug-ins, bandwidth capabilities, hosting, promotion and some out-sourced work to be complete and effective. 

The site will be free to access with certain extended privileges for paid members.
