Doug's open heart surgery Nov.8th

Doug has been a cancer surviver for 12 years he was diagnosed with a brain tumor 5 years ago in the middle near the stem its the size of a olive at this point nothing can be down and it hasn't grown but now we are dealing with a heart condition called hypertrophic Obstructive Cardiomyopathy and hardening of the heart muscle arteries for the last couple of years. Well now he is at the point he has to have open heart surgery. We have medical insurance that does pay 80% what he doesn't have is any short term disability and he will be off for 3 months with no income we could lose everything.So we are asking for help any help! We are the couple who tries to help everyone else but now its our turn to ask and that is not easy he is a proud guy and we have dealt with his illnesses before with family help and friends bringing dinner and funding, this time its much bigger than what our family can help with. We have been blessed with so many good people that includes our family, and beautiful friends we have meet over the 28 years of being married.Doug is 49 and in the last few years has slowed down due to this and all I want for him is to feel younger and have the energy he once had. If you can help in anyway we would appreciate it more than you ever know. I am His wife Chris and would like to keep my husband around for a longtime!Thank you!
