Updating as of 8-21-2014 Hi Everyone, i just want to thank everyone for all the support you have given me. It has been quite a journy and i have learned a lot, I have almost hit my one year mark on dialysis and have been doing well and still working and enjoying my beautiful family. I am so happy to let you all know that i have a had a wonderful, sweet person go through all the testing to be a potential donor and is now giving me one of their kidney's. We are scheduled for september 2nd. YIPPIEEEE!!!!! As of that point we will both be out of work for approximately 2 month's, So any extra support will help greatly and would be so amazing. Once again i I appreciate everyone.

I am hoping to raise some money to help cover the cost of my Kidney transplant and medication. Also, If I find a living donor I would like to help them cover the costs of being out of work for the duration of their recovery.
I was diagnosed with Alports syndrome in 2007, which is scarring of the kidney tissue. My kidneys have slowley been getting worse over time and I have recently been placed on dialysis to keep them working. I am now in need of a Kidney transplant and could use all the support I can get.
