Make dreams come true.

Hi I’m Mumma Hibbs. In 2009 my beautiful daughter aged just 14 was diagnosed with cancer for the first time. She had stage 4 Hodgkins Lymphoma and was literally riddled with it. I asked about her eggs being collected as being a Mummy was something I knew Bethany dreamed off. Unfortunately she was too advanced and needed to start immediate treatment. Bethany received 6 months chemotherapy and 4 weeks radiotherapy. Unfortunately after a very short time she relapsed and intense treatment commenced again. 4 weeks before her 16th birthday she had a stem cell transplant - this also failed. We were told there was nothing else could be done if this failed, however, thankfully turning 16 meant “adult” treatment and battle commenced once more. Finally after many more months of extreme chemotherapy Bethany had a bone marrow transplant.
Bethany has endured years of illness, treatment and hospitalisation. A result of which her ovaries are non existent and her dream of being a Mummy rest on IVF with a donor egg. The funding was initially approved for her but has now been withdrawn.
Any monies raised and not needed for Bethany will be donated to the Anthony Nolan Trust as without her BMT she wouldn’t be with us today.
Thank you xx
