Renaldo's World Championship Fund

With only THREE days remaining to accomplish our goal, I am urgently asking for your help in raising the funds to send my nephew Renaldo to the WTKA World Championships in Italy this October.
Besides being a hard worker and all around awesome kid, he is very gifted in the sport of kickboxing and has excelled by leaps and bounds since he started. He also has never traveled outside of his home country of South Africa and the cultural experience would be invaluable.
This $2500 is only 50% of the total goal and must be met and paid in to the organizers of the trip before the end of July in order to secure his place on the team. If this goal is met, a follow-up campaign will ensue to raise the rest of the fund. If the goals aren't met, your donations will be returned to you and Renaldo will not be joining the team on the trip.
The money will go to pay for passports, visas, airplane tickets and hotel stays for him and an accompanying adult.
As he so eloquently put it: finding local sponsors in the small city where he lives and saving up his allowance will not come close to making his goal.
We are counting on you to see the same spark in him that those of us who love him sees, and help make this a reality for him.
