Baby Braxton

As most of you know, our baby boy came a little early due to blood flow restriction and his size being a little on the small side. He was 37 weeks but was under weight. Due to Braxton andI having different blood types and him being small/early, there was worry about jaundice levels. At 6 days old, on Monday November 2nd, we had his first appointment and it didn’t go sogood. His jaundice level was at 39 and he was dehydrated due to not feeding as good as he could’ve been. With dehydration and different blood types, he was taken via emergency vehicle to MUSC. They are the best baby hospital in the state. He had to get a blood transfusion and there were some other bumps along the road. He is currently in the NICU and we have no clue how long he will be here for. That being said, we are asking for some Money and prayers. The money will help go toward our food, gas, and our bills at home. With all of the sickness in the world right now I don’t want to risk going to work and getting sick, I’d much rather sit here by my babies side so he doesn’t have to go through this alone. I set a higher goal just so those who would like to help can, but who knows how much we will need or how long he will be here. Unfortunately one person working can’t pay all of the bills, so we are just asking for a little help to give us comfort knowing we can take care of our baby boy and give him to come home to what he needs.
