Hello everyone my name is Brandee Johnson, I am a sophomore at Nansemond River High School and I am a member of the 5 Star Track Team during the summer.   I am a self-funded student-athlete, one of my dreams is to qualify for the 2016 Olympics in the 200 and the 400 meter dash and hopefully win gold.    With your help and blessings I can continue to strive towards my goals.  Here are my accomplishments for the Indoor Track Season, 3 time state champion, a 9 time National All American and 8 times All State Honoree.

As my indoor season ends it's now time to jump right into the outdoor season and summer track, I just returned from New Balance Indoor Nationals in New York, City, I participated in 3 events, earning All American Honors in all 3.

Now I am trying to raise money for the several events that I have qualified for during the outdoor season:   The Youth Olympic Trials in Miami FL (4-5 April), USATF World Junior Trials (5-7 July in Eugene Oregon) and the top finisher from each event will qualify for The Youth Olympics that is being held August 16 - August 28 in Nanjing, China.  The first meet is in Miami, FL is the USA Youth Olympic Trails, and all the money raised will be used for my airfares and hotels fees.

Any donation no matter how big or small will be greatly appreciated.  I would like to thank everyone in advance that took the time out of their busy schedule to read and donate to my dream, and I promise you that I will continue to train hard, remain humble and give my best every time I step on the track.  Again thank you so much!   This page will be updated after my meets, please check back to see how I am doing.
