Lindsey Heath Memorial Expenses

As I type this, I am still in disbelief. We all are. Nothing ever prepares you for that phone call... And likewise, nothing seems to console you for the heartbreaking and devastating aftermath to come. In the late hours of Friday, February 10th,2017, a devoted mother answered that dreaded call. A kind and somber voice on the other end of the line shattered the mother's heart in a matter of seconds. Her heart dropped and she fell to the ground as uncontrollable tears began to pour out. Her daughter, at the tender age of 30, had suddenly and unexpectedly passed away. Lindsey Beth Heath was one of the most loving, compassionate, and non-judgemental souls I have ever had the honor to know in my life, and I am forever grateful to the Lord that he placed her in our lives. She would give the shirt off her back to anyone in need, without even giving it a second thought. She had a bright and cheerful soul, even through the most difficult of times; and, her inspirational strength and determination overflowed into the hearts of others as she shared her testimony, reaching and encouraging more lives than she would ever know. Last night, the world truly lost a beautiful, amazing, and courageous soul. Less than 24-hours later, we are still in a state of disbelief, trying to make sense of this terrible tragedy. Though it seems impossible, we have to be strong and push forward in the days to come. Because most of Lindsey's immediate family lives over 1,000 miles away from where she now rests, we are all scrambling to make travel plans and plane tickets to get to her. We all need more than anything to be with her one last time for her funeral in a couple days, and we are reaching out to anyone that could lend assistance in support and financial aid, as the costs of her funeral and travel expenses well exceed our wallets. Any amount of funding or assistance would help us in our time of need, but your prayers and support for us are crucial. Last night, we all lost a huge part of us in Lindsey's passing. Rest in peace and love, Lindsey. We all love you more than you can imagine. Heaven gained a beautiful soul.
