Help me save my vision

I have been battling sarcoidosis for 3 years now. Its been an up and down battle constantly for me and my family. I have been off work for 4 weeks now due to high blood pressure, kidney stones and calcium levels of 12.8 and low vitiman D levels. On 2/08/18 I found out at the cornea eye association of texas that I have keratoconus, glaucoma and sarcoidosis in both eyes and need to raise 6k for cross linking surgery in both eye to prevent from losing my vision in both eyes due to all 3 working overtime on my vision. Insurance doesn't cover this procedure and nothing else will work to save my vision as it has gotten worse from the 3 things attacking it. This is my last chance, my only option after this is double transplant which I definitely cannot afford or take a chance with that. I debated back and forth on creating this because I'm not the one to ask for any handouts but im down to my last hope and I don't know what else i can do. Im a 28 year old husband with 2 young kids and my wife does the best she can to help out when I cannot. My line of work is a truck driver and without this i lose my CDLs and driving is all ive known to do. We really could use all the help we can get as I am the sole income earner in my household. My famly and I really appreciate any help i can get in winning this battle. God bless!.
