"Everything happens just as it should in order for our souls to be transformed."  -Seane Corn

I have been teaching yoga for over 15 years and I've devoted my life to the practice for self and others. I was introduced to yoga after a snowboarding accident when I broke my back many years ago. Little did I know this would lead to a path of lifelong devotion to self and service to others. Yoga saved my life, led me from substance abuse and taught me how to create a safe place for my mind to travel. I am in love with the practice and all it has to offer. I am living a life of gratitude for all I have been given.

I  assisted and studied with Seane Corn for many years. Life happened.  My  practice shifted to motherhood.  Now I have the opportunity to study with my teacher for  a once in a lifetime journey to the birthplace of yoga. The schedule includes a daily practice of integrating meditation, yoga and culture.  I plan to deepen my spiritual practice of self love, empowerment and truth.

I am raising money to go to India. This is my dream trip. I will be traveling this February for 3 weeks.  This will be the first time I leave my children for such a long period of time. I will be subbing out over 35 yoga classes and stepping away from my private practice. Leaping into this sacred adventure has me nervous and excited.

Asking for support is an extremely vulnerable place for me. I am stepping out of my comfort zone with a radiant heart.

We should never allow fear or limited beliefs to trick us into thinking we have to go it alone.  After meditating and talking with mentors, I have been encouraged to share this with anyone with whom I have a connection.  Why would I ever create a limit on my dreams and self growth? I must accept my intention with courage, integrity, purpose and prayer. Becoming educated and empowered gives me the opportunity to share wisdom with others, especially those with whom I am privileged to work in both yoga rooms and therapy sessions.

I believe in the interconnectedness of life. Sometimes we can help someone else and sometimes we are in a position to ask for support.  I am reaching out to you to consider contributing to this sacred journey.  Any amount you can give is deeply appreciated.

Thank you so very much for taking the time to read this message and to consider investing in my journey. May we practice the act of being playful and grateful. Namaste Y’all.
