Steve's medical fund

My husband Steve originally went to an Orthopedic doctor at Mayo Clinic for a wrist fusion. His doctor had him see a Rheumatologist , who diagnosed him with rheumatoid arthritis and psoriatic arthritis. He ordered iron studies which were abnormal, and was eventually diagnosed with Hemochromatosis. So then a pelvic ultrasound was ordered to check liver, which his liver was okay, but they did find a mass on left kidney which they are pretty sure is cancer. We have had multiple trips to Mayo for wrist surgery and follow up, and now for the kidney mass. He is scheduled to have a partial kidney removal on November 7. We could really use some help as Steve is on disability for his arthritis, and our son was also diagnosed with type 1 diabetes a year ago that requires multiple trips to Children's hospital. I work, but do not have much time available to take off paid due to my own back surgery and hip issues. Any help would be greatly appreciated as we will have many trips to Mayo, hotel stays, and huge medical copays, and I will need to take time off work unpaid to care for him for awhile.
