Mike’s Medical Fund

Mike was at work when he blacked out according to a customer and hit his head on the concrete floor of the produce department. After the fall we found out that he fractured his skull and has a 3mm anurisum with bleeding in and around his brain. Workmans comp claims that this is not a work induced injury, so they will not be covering any portion of the emergency services and the paid time off only goes so far. Mike is luckily not going to need brain surgery at this time, but he will need to re-lern how to speak and function without medical assistance. Without an estimated time of recovery, this is looking to be a long and expensive recovery.
