Help Nick

My name is Angelle. I met this remarkable young man through the drive thru window of Dairy Queen in our home town. One recent night on our way home from a long day of Soccer my family of 5 decided to stop at Dairy Queen for some blizzards. We order 4 blizzards drive up to the window, reach for my wallet in my console and it’s gone. Now I do have Apple Pay- they don’t accept, I do have my checkbook also… can’t write checks to Dairy Queen . So I apologize for wasting and go to drive away. Nick, working the window says “ I got it, it’s an early Christmas present” pulls out his wallet and pays for our $18+ blizzards. I thank him, assure him I will be back to give him his money back. Nick continues to be gracious and says “ god told me to help someone today, so that’s what I’m doing” with tears in my eyes we accepted his gift and enjoyed our treats. I have since learned after posted a rave review of Nicks actions on Facebook, that not only does Nick have a huge heart with a gracious giving spirit, but he also does not have a car to get to and from this job. Nick rides his bike to and from work. We live in a rural area where the streets are very dark, 2 lanes, no shoulder, and extremely dangerous to ride a bike on. I am looking to see if we can come together to help Nick get a car. He’s not seeking anything fancy or extreme just something reliable he can use to get to a from work. God blessed my family that night with a small treat from a generous guy, but maybe Gods ultimate plan was to bless Nick with us to help him with this cause. ❤️ Nick deserves our support.
