AJ's Final Expenses / Gift to AJ's mom

It really means a lot. I want to take a minute to clarify the purpose of this fundraiser. AJ's mom does NOT know that I set this up. We went this morning and she has paid for the cremation. I do not know how much she paid and am not aware of her financial situation. I Googled and checked on the average price of a cremation and the the average I found was $3000. I wanted to be able to help AJ's mom with support from his friends and family. I would like to provide this gift to her from us for her to use as she sees fit. The purpose of this is not to pay directly for the cremation. It is intended to be a gift to Mercedes. I apologize for any confusion, this is not meant to be a plea for help. Please do not feel obligated to give. All arrangements and final expenses have already been paid for by her.  ****************** We are looking to raise funds to help Mercedes (AJ's mom) with final costs. Based on what I can find the average costs of cremation is $3,000. In addition to this fundraiser we will be looking to have a celebration of AJ's life @ his favorite bowling ally (Tampa Lanes on N.
