Our journey began in 2019, inspired by the vision of Dr. Alisa and Donald Elliot. They recognized a pressing need for support programs that transcend the bounds of personal care and instead focus on cultivating a work-life balance for individuals with disabilities. Since then, we've worked tirelessly to provide invaluable tools and resources, enabling these individuals to reach their career aspirations and live independently.

INTRODUCING THE CHRYSALIS SPECTRUM ADMINISTRATIVE WORK INITIATIVE:

Our flagship program designed to impart administrative and office job skills to young and middle-aged adults with disabilities. We firmly believe that everyone deserves the opportunity to work in a setting that aligns with their preferences, and we're committed to making businesses more inclusive in their hiring practices.

OUR PROGRAM CENTERS AROUND THE FOLLOWING KEY AREAS:

Skills Development: We teach essential administrative job skills, including data entry, Google Drive proficiency, filing, email correspondence, research, and outreach.

Work Transportation Assistance: We provide work transportation vouchers to ensure that individuals can easily commute to and from their workplaces.

Inclusive Business Partnerships: We collaborate with businesses to create work environments that are welcoming and supportive for people with disabilities.

The impact we've made on the lives of individuals with disabilities has been nothing short of transformative. But our mission is far from complete. With your support, we can broaden our reach and touch the lives of even more people.
