Top surgery

My top-surgery (Mastectomy, for a female to male transgender) date is January 13 2020, but I need to pay €2700 beforehand. 

If I could not pay this, this would mean that I have to wait another year to get my top-surgery and this makes me extremely sad. 

I really need the help and I would absolutely appreciate and love if you could help me!
