Project Re-Walk!

My name is Casey Lawrence & I'm a 21 year old T4/T5 incomplete paraplegic. On June 29,2011 I was in a very serious car accident where my car was completely totaled & I was found lying on the road. In the hospital they explained to me that I would never be able to move or even feel my legs again. I was very acceptive of my injury, even for being only 18 when it occurred. It's been very hard adjusting to my new lifestyle but overall I've taken it well. I've finally received a wheelchair that fits my body perfectly & I am so thankful for that. At a therapy I was attending a while back, they have electric leg braces available to learn how to use, but of course it costs a decent amount of money for the lessons. Then in order to actually purchase them it costs even more. Of course anyone who's been in an injury knows exactly what I mean when I say the things you need are hard to get. But if I would ever be able to use these braces & walk again, it would be a dream come true. & hopefully one day when I get married, I'll be able to walk down the aisle. Even just being able to afford the therapy again would be amazing. Because as of right now I am no longer going due to money issues. So if anyone is able to donate anything, even a dollar, I would be so thankful! Your support means everything to me. Without it, I would be nowhere.
