In July of 2016 Elizabeth was diagnosed with Stage 4 (non-small cell) lung cancer.
It started when Elizabeth had originally gone in through the ER thinking  she was having heart attack symtoms. After being admitted to the hospital they did very thorough testing. This provided info showing she had large blood clots that had broken off from her neck and traveled to her right lung and also logged in her heart, then in her brain. This was the cause of several strokes and the other symtoms that are all the reprocutions that come from this.
During the weeks plus in the hospital and all the new numerous testings, and a biopsy the diagnosis was given. Stage 4 (non-small cell) lung cancer.
It was a whirl wind at this point and they had to move fast with treatments. So after diagnosis confirmed they did emergency Chemo in the Hospital to slow down the cancer and get all the blood clots from killing her right then.  After all the different treatments everything  started slowing down enough that they could make a long term plan.
In August they got a base line of her condition, her biopsy was sent out for mutations and her testings  came back ALK Positive. This qualified her to do a new targeted therapy for her type of cancer so between August and October everything was showing amazing results and moving forward the way expected and planned.
In October to December visiting family Elizabeth starting getting Dizzy, nauseous, running into things so she was immeditely admitted back into the hospital for new MRI's of the Brain.  Testing showed her brain was severely swelling due to the tumors that had grown extreamly fast in 60 days. In the radiologist words " the tumors are to numerous to count."
They immeditely took her off the remaining target chemo to start 15 full head/brain radiation treatments daily that all has all fallen on holidays and New Year.
Beacause of all the insurance changes old insurance company has cancelled and left the state so new insurance had to be obtained with much higher monthly premium payments, higher deductibles and the contiuous monthly bills etc.
Brian Bale her husband and care taker has been there ever step of the way for physical, spiritual and financial support along with most health needs, daily visits for all testing, doctor visits and hospitalization for weeks and weeks  at a time when needed.
This has been a big transition change because of the full time care needs, new year changes of high cost healthcare, deductibles, and the daily cost of all her medications. This has also limited Brian's time to work his business that provides all their finacial needs.
Any and all prayer, donations are a huge blessing and truly appreciated and goes straight for her care.

Thank you all!!
