Morris Treatment Fund

The friends and family of Gilbert and Wynita Morris would like to request your prayers and support. As many of you are aware, in January 2017, Gilbert was diagnosed with Gioblastma Multiforme(GBM), which is an aggressive brain cancer. Over the last year, he has had multiple surgeries, radiation treatments, chemotherapy treatments, and several holistic care treatment options which were out of pocket expenses. During a recent emergency surgery in November, he suffered a major stroke, and his recovery has been slow. Because of the stroke and other health issues due to the brain cancer, Gilbert & Rachelle have been forced to temporarily relocate. As his illness requires extensive treatments, clinical trials, strenuous rehabilitation, and special equipment, the couple has relocated in order to provide Gilbert the best opportunities for care and recovery. In an effort to ensure the best care, his devoted wife has taken a leave of absence from her job as an RN, eliminating their main stream of income. Anyone who has ever faced a challenge, knows that the weight and stress of maintaining a household with medical expenses during a life changing event can be far difficult. Your donation of any amount would be a huge blessing. We hope that you will respect their space and only provide positive, uplifting comments as we know this is a difficult time for them both.
