Please Help Me Leave A Toxic Household

My name is JaLynn . I am a 27y/o black, aro/ace artist and writer trying to get away from my toxic and abusive family. I was looking for an apartment previously, but the pandemic put that to rest for two years. Now that I can move safely, I have started looking again. I found an apartment complex not far from my job, and is within my price range! I have to be out by the end of the year, but I would love to move out as soon as possible if I'm able. Any and all money will go to rent, food and payments for leftover bills. Anything given after will be for emergency funds.

I've been putting up with verbal abuse for the latter half of my late teens to my early 20s. It hasn't been physical since then, but the insults and disrespect I deal with daily has destroyed my self confidence and left me worse for ware. I'm really trying everything in my power to just just leave and get away from my parents and siblings, and maybe put up some distance between us. It's better for me for my mental health, and I hope some distance will help us have a more stable relationship.
