Today while most parents are waking up to the sound of their children’s morning giggles and footsteps, exchanging sweet good morning kisses and playful tickles, one family wakes to every parent’s greatest nightmare.
On the morning of January 31st the Mobley/Jones Family lost their beloved baby "Harmony." Gone too soon Harmony was full of life, beautiful and healthy. Her "bright eyes" melted their heart from the moment they first held her. Harmony came into this world on the wings of angels and was carried off in God's arms. Although the strong faith of the family assures them she is in "heaven," they wake each day to the emptiness and loss of the "light" of their lives.
No parent is every ready to bury their child. There are emotional battles yet to be waged over mountains and through valleys. We know there are no words that can soothe and no touch that can ease the painful hurt in their hearts. As we offer our condolences, let us keep this family in our prayers.
In these of life’s darkest moments; the storms of life, we need a lighthouse the most! There is always light that shines like a beacon that guides lost hearts back from the stormy times. It is the goodness and kindness of others, the outpouring of love that is the necessary lifeline. The lifeline's cord that prevents the storm from pulling them out further into darkness where they can no longer see the light. The cord of humanity that keeps us all connected. The cord of compassion that compels us to let the light in our hearts be a lifeline for someone else.
We, the friends and family need your help today. Of all this family has to bear, we do not want them to bear the financial burden of having to bury their baby Harmony, their child, one of their most prized possessions.
It is easy to get lost and overwhelmed with so many battles going on at once. As Harmony's parents, her 2 brothers, and sister cope with the emotional battle, we look aim to ensure cost of burying their baby doesn’t put this family in a financial "whole in the ground." We hope you find it in your heart to let your humanity shine, cast a lifeline to a family in their time of loss. Your donation will be used for Baby Harmony’s Home Going Service and Burial expenses.
