SMA Family Gathering

22 month old Sofia has Spinal Muscular Atrophy, a genetic progressive, terminal illness. This year she is well enough to travel and meet other children with SMA @ the SMA family gathering in Columbus on August 8th. Please help make this trip possible, (no donation is too small with a weekend of food, hotel accommodations, events with admission fees, gas, and the rental of an accessible van) every little bit helps! Lets give Sofia a miraculous SECOND birthday & send her to meet other kids like her. This will also be her first ever road trip with her family.
