FRC World Championships

3473: Team Sprocket, Diamond Bar High School's robotics team, was established in 2011. The team was fortunate enough to win the Orange County Regional on March 2018; as a result, we were invited to attend the FRC World Championships which will take place in April 2018. We are all extremely passionate about robotics and pour endless hours for this team. Unfortunately, because World Championships is located in Houston, Texas, the immense expenses provide a large obstacle for a majority of team members. Registration alone stands at $5,000. Other costs include shipping fees for our robot, pit materials, hotel and flight subsidies, and more. However, we as a team are extremely determined to send each and every member to Houston, Texas, for the experience of a lifetime: to compete with the best teams in the world.

We received notification of our invitation to FRC Championships this past weekend and have three weeks to prepare for the upcoming competition. By supporting our team, you'll be providing an unforgettable experience for 50 students. These students will be able to put their business, engineering, networking, and a variety of other skills to the test in a competitive atmosphere against hundreds of other world-class FRC teams.  Any donation, monetary or in-kind, is greatly appreciated! In addition, your donation will be tax-deductible as we are a nonprofit organization.
