More information about Hospice of the Valleys: Hospice of the Valleys is THE Blaenau Gwent Hospice caring for over 500 patients every year, with a team of specialist palliative care professionals dedicated to providing hospice care. we have a range of different services and are able to offer intensive, coordinated home support for patients with complex needs who wish to stay in their own homes, including specialist nurse advice which is available 24 hours a day, 7 days a week, 365 days a year. The Blaenau Gwent Hospice - close at heart - close to home
