Jeremiah's Medical Fund

Hello everyone! I need help raising $1,500 to pay for an appointment and test with a neurologist that I hope will determine why my neck continues to hurt me after l was in a bad car accident more than a year ago.

On April 15, 2012 a taxi-cab driver in Portland ran a red-light and T-boned me and I was seriously injured. My shoulder dislocated on impact, and I had surgery on my left shoulder on August 7, 2012 to repair it. I'm happy to say the surgery was successful. But my neck was also seriously injured and continues to hurt me every day.

I have exceeded the $ amount that my insurance company is liable to pay, and have already exhausted my other resources paying for previous doctors visits and treatments. (For example, I had to pay a down payment of $2,200 to the surgeon in order to get shoulder surgery.) I really need $1,500 to get this test. I really want to find out what is wrong with my neck so I can heal it and move forward with my health and my life.

Which is why I am asking you, my wonderful friends, and all other beautiful people, to make a donation to Jeremiah's Medical Fund and help me clear this latest hurdle on my path to recovery.
