Kenya, Africa Mission Trip

In the bible it says, "Go ye therefore, and teach all nations, baptizing them in the name of the father, and of the Son, and of the Holy Ghost" -Matthew 28:19. This scripture has been on my heart for a while. It took me a while to digest it and make the connection to my life. So I started to reflect on my spiritual walk with God.
I have been saved since 8/5/1991. Down through the years, God has shown me great favor. I came to a breaking point or spiritual crossroads in my spiritual journey when my Mother died in 2005. It was during that time that I had to lean totally on Him. My faith was tried and tested. God never left or forsaken me and I remain humble for that. I have been used for God's glory since my days at Greater Mount Tabor Missionary Baptist Church. So I would say that I truly understand ministry work in the United States.
I would like to go on the Kenya Mission trip to do what Matthew 28:19 says. I want to experience God in another country and share my spiritual gifts with the people of that land. If you know me, I always give God the glory for my accomplishments and challenges. I am truly ready to serve God on a new level.
On past mission trips to Kenya, God blessed the team to have life changing impacts on many people. Many people here in the states desire to be part of Missions but are unable to because they are raising families, have busy schedules, or afraid to fly etc. However, you can still support Missions. I'm seeking your partnership in making this mission trip possible and a great success.
First and foremost, I am requesting your prayers as I do the work of the great commission on a mission field. Secondly, I am requesting that you provide financial support to make this mission trip possible. Your donation will make this dream a reality. Please know, ANY amount is greatly appreciated.
The cost of this trip is $2800.00. Payment for this trip has to be completed by August 16, 2013. I am taking this mission trip to make an impact on the nation and the world in which we live. This trip is consistent with the scriptures as outlined in Acts 1:8 and Matthew 28:19-20.
