Hello Everyone!
Thank you so much for taking the time to visit mine and Emily's fundraising page! We will be running a Half Marathon in Toronto (a whopping 21 kms!) on Sept 22, 2013 to raise money for a young girl very near and dear to our hearts :) Her name is Leah! She is 7 years old and is Autistic. Leah is non-verbal and has mental development issues. Therapy for Leah's level of Autism is rare and quite expensive! One thing we know for sure is, this beautiful girl loves to swim and loves the water! Therefore, we are fundraising to send Leah to Island Dolphin Care Therapy in Florida! She is the perfect candidate for this type of therapy and it gives her entire family something to look forward to and be hopeful for. Please help Emily and I send Leah to Dolphin Therapy! Leah deserves the chance for even the smallest breakthrough in her development and you can help! Thank you so much!
