3 girls in need of help after mother was killed

A few days before Christmas, on Dec 17th, there was a horrible tragedy in the town next to us, Rio Sand Juan. A young lady was killed by her ex-husband and the father of her three daughters with a machete, while the girls stood by... now leaving these three young daughters without any parents.
My friend, Mary Carmen Fermín Ventura, a local Dominican, so very very kindly took these girls into her home the next day. Mary Carmen, as well as some very kind people here in Cabrera have helped as much as they could by providing them with a bed, some food, a few clothes, and some toys for the holidays. However, Mary Carmen is not able to fully support them on her own with 2 children of her own and life on Dominican wages cleaning homes in the area.
These three girls came from a very very poor family (house pictured) and arrived at Mary Carmen's with very few clothes of their own, barely fitting and all very old. Pictured below, you will see them with their hair beautifully done and new clothes on as they were on their way to their mother's funeral and are wearing the new clothes that were purchased for them for that reason, once they arrived at Mary Carmen's.
Right now there are a few big expenses that we are trying to sort out, which is where I am asking for your help if at all possible.
Firstly, they need to hire a lawyer so that the father / ex-husband actually goes to jail and stays in jail (which, in this country, will not happen without this step).
Also, they need to pay a psychologist for the three girls, as of course, you can only imagine.
So, if you can donate anything at all to help with these expenses or if you are in the area and can donate any clothing, that would mean so so much and would be such a huge help!
I will keep you updated on the girls and how they are doing over the next few months. We will be giving them spots in our school, but not sure if they will attend in person or virtually for now.
