Helping with out of state medical expenses

This is my brother -in-law Victor. I am sad to say he has been hit with another major health condition. Almost out of the woods with his battle with Leukemia, he is now suffering from a subdural hematoma, a type of bleeding inside the head. This has been traumatizing for everyone. Victor and his siblings were on a trip visiting their ailing sister in Nampa, Idaho. On 10/08/2020 the day they were planning on returning home he was found unconscious. 911 was called and he was taken to the nearest hospital in which they found the subdural hematoma. From there, he was then transferred to St. Luke’s Hospital in Boise, Idaho. His wife and daughter had to take an emergency flight to be with him. An emergency surgery was performed where doctors had to remove part of his skull to relieve pressure and bleeding. Before it was known that he had a stroke, he then had a second surgery to stop the bleeding. On 10/15/2020 during his recovery, bleeding occurred once again and another surgery was performed. It may take several months for his recovery and rehabilitation.

Being out state, away from home, there is a financial struggle with medical and living expenses that the family will endure.
