My Dearest friends,

Earlier this month, a tumor was found in my left testicle and within a week I underwent a orchiectomy, a surgical procedure where they remove the entire testicle.  I'm recovering but still require a CAT scan, bloodwork, and to consult with an oncologist.  

Unfortunately, this all happened after I left a job and am currently without health insurance.  These are diffulct times for me and my family.  I'm eternally  grateful for any assistance you'd like to offer.
