Stem cell treatment for COPD

My mother suffers from COPD and struggles to live with every breath she takes she lives on oxygen 24/7/365 and is allergic to all th breathing medications I have found a Lung institute that has offered us hope by Stem Cell treatments for her to continue living but it is very expensive and they don't take Insurance/medicare the closest facility is in Dallas I am reaching out to you all if you can possibly help us meet out goal so she can receive her 2 treatments in hopes she can live awhile longer and hopefully see her great grandchild born in December.
