handicap van for mom

First of all i would like to thank everyone who has helped my mom Chelcie horn since her accident that has left her confined to a wheelchair. we appreciate everything everyone has done.
We are finding it increasling hard to transport her back and forth to her thearpy and doctor appointments as we have to unload her from the chair to the car and vise versa. She is dealing with a lot of nerve pain and movement is a problem for her.
We have found a handicap van in great condition and are swallowing our pride asking for any donation that may help reach our goal so we can get this van for her that would make her life a little bit easier.
She is the first person that would be there to do something for someone who was in need. Anyone who knows her knows shes a fighter and wont give up.
