Hello,

My name is Sasha and I am a first-generation Ukrainian-American. My parents came to the United States in 1991 as Jewish refugees, but my mom's side of the family is still in Kyiv. My grandfather & uncle are currently seeking refuge from airstrikes in an underground parking structure.

The main update we are getting from them is that they lack basic resources. I am organizing donations directly to my family and their community, as well as to the Polish border for refugees who have managed to evacuate their homes.

As of right now, the airspace in Ukraine is closed which makes it very difficult to ensure shipment of oversees items will be delivered into Ukraine. For this reason, all funds raised will be going directly to family in Austria who is working with an organization who is bringing purchased relief items directly into Kyiv.

Your donation will go towards necessities such as:

warm clothing
blankets
non-perishable foods
over the counter medications
toiletries,
spending money for those without access to cash
expedited international shipping costs.
